Herb & Garlic Tuna Wrap


Ingredients:
1 (5oz.) pouch StarKist Creations™ Herb & Garlic Tuna
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded carrots
3 Tbsp. light Italian dressing
1 cup shredded lettuce
4 oz. Mozzarella shredded cheese
3 basil leaves, sliced into strips
2 flour tortillas

Directions:

Mix together tuna, carrots, basil, and 2 tbsp. Italian dressing. Place 1/2 the lettuce, tomatoes, tuna mixture, Mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 tbsp. Italian dressing in the center of each tortilla. Gold the end of the tortilla over the ingredients and toll tightly. Cut in half, diagonally and serve.



Mango Chipotle Salmon Spinach Salad


Ingredients:
3 cups baby spinach
1 pouch (4 oz.) StarKist Creations™ Mango Chipotle Salmon
3 Tbsp. thinly sliced red onion
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice or vinegar
(1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/3 cup mandarin oranges (optional)
Toasted almonds for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Combine spinach, salmon and onion in salad bowl. Blend oil, lime juice, honey, and mustard. Toss salad with dressing. Arrange avocado and oranges over salad. Garnish with toasted sliced almonds, if desired.
