When using two, 4.5 oz pouches StarKist Tuna Creations, Herb and Garlic

Recipe

Ingredients

2 pouches (4.5 oz. each) StarKist Tuna Creations®, Herb and Garlic

3 Tbsp. olive oil

1 loaf Italian bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 4-5 cups)

1 tsp. kosher salt

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1–inch cubes

1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 medium cucumber, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 red onion, diced

15 large fresh basil leaves, chopped

½ cup light Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss bread cubes with olive oil and salt.  Spread on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 7 – 10 minutes until toasted.
  3. In another large bowl, mix tuna peppers, tomato, cucumber and onion together to blend well.
  4. Add bread cubes, basil and Balsamic Vinaigrette and toss well.  Garnish with fresh basil and salt and pepper as desired.  Serve immediately
