Recipe
Ingredients
1 large can (12 oz.) of Starkist Tuna in Water (drained)
3-4 Tablespoons of Mayonaise
5 celery stalks (cut in half down middle, then diced)
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to preference
Directions
- Drain tuna and put into a bowl (I like to use a ziploc container to save dishes!)
- Cut up celery (snap in half to save a few seconds!) then cut or dice them (in big or little chunks-your preference on how much crunch you like!)
- Add 3 to 4 large tablespoons of mayonaise (I use hellmans only because I'm not a fan of "sweet mayo")
- Sprinkle in Onion Powder and Garlic Powder
- Mix!!!
- Add Salt and Pepper to your liking (I like to do this last so I can tell with the pepper that it all got mixed evenly!)
- TIP: I love this COLD, not room temp, so I stick the can of tuna in the freezer for 15 minutes, or make it an hour earlier than when I want to eat so it's nice and cold!)
- Just spread it on some bread and eat and enjoy!! I've been eatting it this way since I was 3 and I won't eat it any other way!!
