1 can (4.5 oz) StarKist Gourmet Choice® Yellowfin Marinated Tuna Fillet in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Roasted Garlic, chunked and oil mixed in

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Toast Bread on both sides
  2. Spread approximately ½ - 1 teaspoon of prepared pesto on each slice of bread
  3. Top with approximately 1 teaspoon crumbled feta cheese and 1 teaspoon of tuna
  4. Place under broiler and cook just until cheese begins to soften and brown slightly.
  5. Garnish with roasted red pepper, if desired

Tips

If you don’t have Roasted Garlic Tuna, substitute 1 can (4.5 oz) StarKist Solid Light Tuna Fillet in Olive Oil and 1 tsp. minced garlic.

I love these! They are super easy and delicious. Sometimes I just have them as my dinner with a side salad.
