Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations®, Hickory Smoked
1/2 cup chopped jicama
1/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
Optional: fat-free ranch dressing
Directions
- Place lettuce in a large bowl.
- Top with tomatoes, tuna, jicama, and black beans.
- If you like, drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Enjoy!
