Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations®, Hickory Smoked
  • 2 tsp. Olive oil, divided
  • 1 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 slices portabella mushrooms, ¼-inch thick
  • 1 slices large tomato

Directions

  1. Mix tuna and mayonnaise in bowl and set aside. 
  2. Brush both side of the bread with olive oil and heat remaining oil in skillet over medium-high heat.  Sauté mushrooms until tender and remove from skillet.
  3. Brown bread slices in skillet; reduce heat to medium.  Top bread with mushroom slices, tomato, tuna mixture and cheese.  Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
