Hickory Tuna Melts

- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations®, Hickory Smoked
- 2 tsp. Olive oil, divided
- 1 slices sourdough bread
- 1 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 slices portabella mushrooms, ¼-inch thick
- 1 slices large tomato
- Mix tuna and mayonnaise in bowl and set aside.
- Brush both side of the bread with olive oil and heat remaining oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté mushrooms until tender and remove from skillet.
- Brown bread slices in skillet; reduce heat to medium. Top bread with mushroom slices, tomato, tuna mixture and cheese. Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
