1 avacado
1 tbls plain yogurt
1 can (5 oz.) StarKist Solid White Tuna in Water, drained and broken apart
2 tsps. hot sauce (whatever brand you prefer)
2 lbls of chopped onion or scallion – give or take
2 tlbs of chopped banana peppers – give or take
2 tbls of chopped pickle – give or take
2 tbls of chopped celery – give or take
Salt and pepper to taste.
Delicious with a healthy fat (avacado) and less calories than mayo.
