1 pouch of StarKist Low Sodium Tuna (2.6 oz)
4 oz pasta
1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon thyme (or 2 tsp dried thyme)
Dressing
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon canola oil
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Cook pasta according to the directions on the package, rinse and cool
after cooking. Drain tuna and add to pasta, chives and lemon thyme.
Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in separate bowl and pour
over pasta and tuna mixture. Mix and serve with a fresh sprig of
lemon thyme on the side.
